Biografía

Daniel Grech is an AI enablement consultant based in Lisbon. He works with large enterprises and startups to become AI native, embedding agentic AI into day to day operations rather than leaving it in pilots. He co-founded Wyzer, acquired by ZignSec, where he served as Group CTO through 2025. His engagements span fintech, banking and risk management, delivering measurable results such as a 24% cut in cycle time and a 45% faster path to production. Daniel specialises in regulated industries where automation has to screen and triage without overstepping into automated decisions. He speaks on "multi-threading the workforce", the case for running AI agents across a business. He holds an MSc in Statistics and has spoken at ICE London and DELTA Summit.
