Biografía
Irina Shurmina is a founder of Ladies Who Talk community and Talk Academy – a curated expert platform for business trainings and events.
Irina is a community strategist, networking expert, business development consultant, speaker and moderator.
Before moving into entrepreneurship, she spent 14+ years in international law firms as Counsel and Head of Practice at CMS, BCLP, and other firms, working with clients including Nike, Clarins, Nestlé, MARS, Cisco, TEVA, Johnson & Johnson, and Unilever.
Alongside her legal career, Irina built professional communities, educational programmes, conferences, and networking formats — including co-founding one of the largest legal communities with 5000+ members.
