Biographie

Olesia Rykova is a Fractional CMO and brand strategist who builds brands using psychology, profiling, and psychodiagnostics — around consumer perception and behavioural prediction. Working in marketing since 2005, she's spent 20+ years working 1:1 with founders and C-suite leaders on positioning, personal-brand creation, and growth — from €100M–€600M holdings and Forbes-listed companies to early-stage startups. She leads marketing-project evaluation for a business accelerator, runs masterclasses for entrepreneur communities in Lisbon and beyond, mentors founders in the Women Leaders Circle, and teaches behavioural branding to entrepreneurs across 15+ countries. Her work includes a 2.5× profit turnaround and a founder brand taken from a year of zero sales to €1.1M in two months.
