Precy is a Global Organizational Strategist. The Founder and Principal Consultant of KAPWA Global, a consulting practice specializing in organizational resilience and change management, and Founder of KONNECT, an AI and human strategy execution workspace built for the way startups, scale-ups, and SMBs actually operate. Precy has led transformation across workforces of up to 60K+ employees globally, with senior roles at Accenture, TELUS International, Delivery Hero, Dentsu and UnitedHealth Group spanning Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
