Bio

I'm a TEDx speaker working on how founders and leaders generate ideas and make decisions when there's no precedent to copy. I built the Creativity Archetype Method (CAM) with the aid of AI — a diagnostic across 8 archetypes that identifies how a person creates and what blocks them, with a 3-minute version at quiz.daletchine.com. I spent my career among divergent thinkers, artists and collectors, advising on art investment: capital allocation under uncertainty, the same challenge founders in this room face. I lectured at La Cambre in Brussels and have led interviews and moderated panels with artists and entrepreneurs at Art Basel, the Sovereign Art Foundation, in New York, Moscow and Riyadh.
