Angelee Sidar is an entrepreneur, keynote speaker and executive coach who helps founders "scale themselves so that they can scale their businesses." After leaving a corporate career, Angelee built a contract catering company that disrupted a legacy industry, replacing soulless service with experiences centred on health and community. Within three years it reached seven figures and 12+ locations, working with brands including Nike, Adidas, IWG Group and Spaces, before the pandemic brought it to an end. That loss became the catalyst for a deeper journey, reshaping how she saw ambition and success. Today she draws on neuroscience, nervous system regulation and her R.E.F. Method™ to help founders lead with clarity and build purpose.
