Bio

Ed Chandler is a TOPGUN graduate and former instructor at the US Navy's centre of excellence for advanced air warfare. A US Naval Academy graduate, his leadership career spans everything from operational combat to modernizing NATO doctrine; and from bilateral basing transformations in Asia to running the most complex US Navy installation in Europe supporting a multinational community of over 13,000 across 55 tenant organizations spanning multiple countries and continents. Today, he helps founders and executives design leadership systems that put decisions at the right level, hold alignment as the company grows, and build judgement at every layer. Founding Chairman of a stealth-mode EU defence startup; board advisor; University of Florida MBA; nearly 3,000 fighter hours and 500+ carrier-arrested landings.
