Kristina is COO at VNTR, where she works at the intersection of venture, private capital, and organizational design. Previously, she built and exited her own startup, and today much of her work focuses on building smarter operating systems while keeping human judgment at the center. Alongside her operating role, Kristina works with leaders and teams through strategic facilitation, leadership sessions, and development programs, advocating for a new generation of leadership that combines structure, adaptability, and human intelligence.
