Across more than 20 years, she has led teams of 200+, grown annual profit from $10M to $24M as a CEO, and taken a venture from inception to a €20M+ valuation in under ten months. She also led internal execution and due diligence for a $40.8M exit, giving her a hands-on perspective on operational efficiency, scaling, and building companies with long-term enterprise value in mind.
