I'm Raffaella Loncao, a Lisbon-based founder and Managing Director of On This Planet, a strategic people advisory firm that helps climate and nature scale-ups build the leadership, culture, and organisation they need to grow and expand. Before this, I spent over twenty years as an international Chief People Officer in luxury at Gucci and Saint Laurent, building people infrastructure at global level. I sit on the Advisory Board of Women in Sustainable Luxury.
