Satya Morarji is a speaker coach, leadership mentor and entrepreneur who helps leaders communicate with greater authenticity, clarity and influence. A double Silver Medallist at the UK & Ireland Public Speaking Championships, his work centres on helping people discover their natural communication style so they can lead with confidence rather than performance and this has lead to him delivering workshops at the United Nations. Away from the stage, Satya has founded businesses spanning virtual staffing, hospitality and e-commerce, giving him first-hand experience of leading teams, building organisations and communicating through uncertainty. His coaching blends practical leadership experience with storytelling, deep curiosity and powerful questioning.
