Startup Booth FAQ
How many people are included with the booth?
Two Startup Summit passes are included. Additional passes can be purchased separately.
Is pitching included?
Yes — booth packages include eligibility for the pitching programme, subject to selection.
Are booths limited?
Yes. There are 200+ booths and they typically sell out before the event.
Can I attend without a booth?
Yes — a Founder Pass gets you full access to both days without exhibiting. See the pricing above.
What exactly does a booth include?
A dedicated floor space on the exhibition floor with a table, chairs and your company name on the booth signage, plus two full Startup Summit passes for your team.
Exact dimensions, the fascia/branded wall option and the full equipment list are confirmed in the exhibitor pack sent to every paid exhibitor ahead of the event.
Is power and Wi-Fi provided?
Yes — venue Wi-Fi covers the whole exhibition floor, and power is available at the booths. If you need a dedicated or higher-load supply for demo hardware, flag it in the exhibitor pack response so we can allocate the right position.
Can I bring a back wall, roll-up banner or screen?
Yes. Roll-up banners, back walls, screens and demo hardware are all welcome as long as everything stays inside your allocated floor space and does not block neighbouring booths or walkways.
Anything free-standing must be stable and self-supported — nothing can be fixed to the venue's walls, floor or structure. Height and footprint limits are confirmed in the exhibitor pack.
What are the move-in and move-out times?
Move-in is on the morning of day one, before doors open to attendees, with an earlier setup window for larger builds. Move-out is after the floor closes on day two — booths must stay staffed and standing until then, so please don't pack down early.
Exact times per booth size are sent with the exhibitor pack and confirmed by email the week of the summit.
Where is my booth located and when do I find out?
The floor plan is allocated by the team, taking sector and booth size into account, and your position is shared before the event alongside the move-in schedule. Earlier bookings get first pick of the higher-traffic positions.
How does pitching selection work?
Every paid booth is eligible to apply to pitch — eligibility is part of the package, a stage slot is not automatic. Applications are reviewed by the programme team on traction, stage and fit with the investors in the room.
Selected companies are notified by email ahead of the summit, with their slot, format and timing.
Can I share a booth with another company?
A booth is sold to a single company and the two included passes are for that company's team. If two companies want to exhibit side by side, book separate booths and tell us — we'll place you together on the floor plan.
What about shipping and storing materials?
You can ship materials to the venue within the delivery window in the exhibitor pack, and there is limited on-site storage for boxes and cases during the two days. The venue can't accept deliveries outside that window or hold anything after move-out.
Do we get listed in the exhibitor directory?
Yes. Every paid booth gets a listing in the official exhibitor directory with your company name, short pitch and website link. You complete your profile after purchase and the listing goes live once the team approves it.
